Memorialize Family
The Nashville Holocaust Memorial Committee is pleased to announce a permanent and affordable opportunity for families and friends to create a legacy to their loved ones who were victimized in the Holocaust.
Whether you choose to add your own name, celebrate the life of a survivor or honor/memorialize a relative or friend who has perished, we invite you to create a lasting tribute.
You may choose from one to four lines per person honored, at $3.00 per letter to help defray the cost.
Names will be added when enough of a demand makes it economically possible.

1. BIRTH DATE: FIRST MAIDEN LAST – AGE WHEN LIFE WAS EXTINGUISHED/CHAI/CHAYA
